TASS (The Alpha School System) is the first SIS we ever integrated with. Using their API, we consume the following data:
- Student records with IDs, house, photos, some of the UD fields for alerts and NCCD etc.
- Staff records with ID's and teaching flag, HR endpoint to disable inactive staff etc.
- Parent records from Communication Rules section in TASS
- Student and staff timetables
- Calendar events
- Subjects and classes
Basically, everything that's inside this repo has been integrated in some capacity. We also use their deep liking endpoint to generate some internal links to Teacher Kiosk and other parts, such as Attendance Marking.
