Create an Issue:
Issue Reference: The Title of your Issue (eg Week 2, Term 3 2019).
Slug: This is what the url of your newsletter will. It is used for public viewing (eg week-2-term-3-2019).
Newsletter submission cut-off date: The date items by users need to be submitted by. Admins can submit at any time.

Issue Hero Image: If you design requires a featured image each issue, this is where to upload a high resolution version (eg at least 2000px wide). Our system will make an optimised version.
Layout: If you have multiple layouts available, these will be available, Speak to your designer if you need more layouts.
PDF attachment: If you have a PDF download attachment in your design (eg a separate newsletter exported as a PDF), this is where to upload it.
Enabled: Check this box to add a 'enabled' flag to your json file. This can be used by your developer to publish your link on a website or inside an app.
Set your Audience: For those that give users access to the PortalHQ Dashboard, this feature allows you to only publish to selected audiences.

Feature Boxes: If you add custom scripts or your layout requires you to use these feature boxes, your designer will let you know.
Manage Sections:
This is where you create your Newsletter Sections and give them a weight. The lower the number, the higher to the top. As items are assigned to a section, that section is activated in the Newsletter. You will generally have different sections for different layouts.
Non-archived / Archived Issues:
These feature allows you to tidy up your list of Issues if you have created many and find them hard to manage.
All News Items:
This is a helpful feature that allows you to search for any news items.
