Sending Alerts

  1. To create an alert for an activity group, navigate to the Alerts menu item
  2. Define which session, activity group or team to send the alert to
  3. Define a subject and message of the alert
  4. Choose a notify method
  5. Click Preview Recipients to view the parents tied to the session/activity group/team of the alert.
  6. Click Send to schedule the alert for sending.
