- Students are assigned to teams within an Activity Group.
- Staff can allocate the students to teams within an Activity Group from the activity group detail page.
- Staff and coaches can be assigned to an Activity Group within the activity group’s detail page. Staff have more permissions than coaches - a staff can assign students to the team while the coach has a read-only view of the team members.
- Team lists can be printed from the same page.
- Students from a previous term’s activity group can be copied into a new Activity Group by using the Copy Teams button
- New activity groups can be created from the Activity Groups list page. Staff need to create new activity groups at the beginning of each term.
- The Teams page lists all teams and the students assigned to the teams.
