PortalHQ has been designed with flexibility in mind. There are several standalone modules and three subscription plans with included features. The standalone modules are not included in any of the three plans.

Standalone Modules have been designed to operate by themselves, with no requirements for the PortalHQ tiered license. You simply choose a module and pay the monthly or annual license fee.

To onboard a new client, there is an initial setup investment to link and test the various data sources (eg SIS, Timetable, LMS, SSO). Onboarding costs depend on the complexity involved and range between $5,000 - $20,000(ex). This is a once-off cost.
